Fraternindad in the west of the province of Buenos Aires is a place of haciendas. The upperclass of Buenos Aires spend their weekends between green gardens, swimmingpool and parilla, guarded by huge fences and security. But just on the other side of the road Fraternindad shows it`s other face. A face of poverty, children living on the streets.15 years ago an argentinian couple occupied an unused piece of land in the middle of all the haciendas. They build a small house for all the street children, to give them a place to sleep, and to prevent them from taking drugs, stealing and drinking. Many years of brutal repression by the province`s government, the land owners and rich community being afraid of living next to "thieves" the house was oficially recognized. They expanded, build more, opened a school, produce their own milk, meat and leather. This year the government cut down their aid for food and higenic products. For the first time in his life, the house has debts. And not enough food to feed all the children living their. But they don`t stop fighting. For justice and a life in dignity.
